To clarify: TJVG the last time I looked was 5 mins behind the breakaway but 90 secs behind Froome.

I was off from cycling world before and during rest day, so I dont know all the details , but Im *** scared of Nairo in this descent, he looked very bad during Manse descent, or was that only in my mind?
