Movistar is f*******g embarassing
They are holding the third place.
It's not like Contador is their relative.
They can still hold 3d place by putting Quintana or Valverde (both ahead of contador) up with contador and forcing 1st place to chase.

I can't accept the Tejay hate going on these days. It's obvious he could never attack the likes of Froome/Quintana/Contador. Even Valverde. But he's been ridiculously strong so far. Not thrilling, but solid. Feel bad for the guy.

(Disclaimer: Then again I was an Evans fan)

If Movistar wants to win the Tour, they need to CRACK Froome. You don't do that by chasing down attacks of other riders who threaten your virtual 3rd place position.

The Movistar hate is hilarious. Contador is a threat to 2nd and 3rd. He is pretty much no threat to 1st, thus Movistar have the incentive to chase.
+1

They spent the entire rest day talking about how they were going to attack sky at every chance and how they still think that Quintana has a chance to win.
Instead they do the work for Sky when the pressure goes on to protect their 2nd position, helping ensure that they have no chance of winning.

Even when they say the would give up those positions to win
