If this was all about bike handlin, Kiri wouldn't lead. The rain definitely makes it more technical, but it's still a power route. Good news for Roglic, methinks.

We will see if kiry made a good time trial. There are still a lot of time trialists to make their start

Having poor opponents in your nationals kinda helps. I imagine Jungels has pretty similar stats, winning both the road race and ITT in Luxembourg several times.
