I liked stage 8 as well, but mostly because it's where I'm from...I know these roads, these towns...living in the US, I was home sick for sure. The final was quite entertaining...still, that's not a whole lot so far.

Stage 8 was the best one so far. Absolutely great to see the fight for the break from the start. Real racing from km 0. Different groups all over the place. A variety of attacking riders. Epic solo in the end of Calmejane. Just no GC battle but that wasn't even a problem.
