Well done by Phinney. Now he has the mountains jersey tomorrow.

What is the tie-break in case someone else gets the other KOM point? Last year it was GC position but I can't find the full rulebook for this year online.

Assuming that's still the case I guess he could lose it if the break is caught early, someone from the peloton gets the point and Phinney gets dropped by the peloton in the finale?

It is still GC position. Yes, he hasn't secured it, but much has to go wrong if he's not to wear it tomorrow.

Will there be any crosswinds or anything ??

Cant take much more of the comms going on about froome as if he is a performing seal....oh look at him ..isn't he great kinda stuff as if he were a toddler and they are doting parents .. what annoys me is that there are so many riders in the race (195 to be exact now) with so many stories to tell....can we hear some of these ...and

they knew these long stages were coming ...could they have not done more than swapping JAF (who knows what he is saying) , Brian Smith (the coach ?? more like the kinder garden teacher) and Sean Kelly (legend)
......some thing else

It's on ITV 4 as well if they're winding you up that much.

We missed like the entire queen stage of the Dauphiné yet they're showing this from 100+k out. Mkay.

Maybe because only cycling fans watch Dauphine while the world watches Tour

Who says you can't make comments on them?

As for the stage: I will go with Kittel, then Sagan, then Demare.
