Same happened to Dawg yesterday when he had to change bike. It happens.
It is different if you draft behind your own team car.

He didnt, he was behind numerous cars

I believe Cav says that it is common knowledge among the peleton that, although it is officially illegal, it is fine to draft when behind 'unfairly.'
