To be fair this tour though Movistar can't do really do much. There is 5 Ag2R guy to one Quintana right now. They also have 3 guys up the road to one Betancur. No contest.
But that's because AG2R cleverly set up this race situation and moved their pieces into position. AG2R acted instead of reacting like Movistar often does.

That is a good point. Though Movistar did set it up for Quintana in the Giro a couple of times where they actually had a good team but Quintana typically did nothing to exploit it.

Well froome's crashed 2012 2014 2016 and 2017. Cant remember if he crashed at any point in 2013 and 2015
he crashed with Berto in 2013
