Sky already put the hammer down after a crash. Rules have been decided, there is no stopping on this stage

Tbf, crashing on tarmac is bad luck. Crashing on the cobbles is part of the selection. Sky themselves were hammering to distance people like Bardet, Roglic, Martin, Uran, TJ etc who had been distanced by crashes and mechanicals.
