At what point does the breakaway making it become feasible? With a reduced peloton and the increased difficulty of drafting on the cobbles seems 2:00 is a large gap.

With riders like Sagan and GvA in the Peloton, 2:00 is nowhere near enough you'd think.

Still a long way to go. In 30km if the gap is the same it might start to look possible.

Sky haven’t drilled it when Nibali, NQ, Fuglsang, Dumoulin and Yates have all been off the back, they’ve just rode steady.

Actually it turns out Dumoulin was never off the back, he was in the 1st selection
