The OP should have included COVID-19 in the poll. That is sadly my tip. If we get to Paris it will be a miracle.

Based on how the first ten days have gone and the lack of positive cases I don't have much fear that the race would not go to the end now. Before the actual start maybe, but now things seem to be working well and I don't see a reason to stop if it continues in this direction.

The answer is No. They need to have another 2 during the same test or day.

Bernal. Whatever issues he may have been dealing with in the lead-up to the Tour have not prevented him from being where he needs to be thus far in the race. The remaining stages offer more opportunity for time gains for him than for anyone else with the possible exception of Quintana doing something extraordinary.

It is done. It looks like we have the votes for the winner correctly:

1- Roglic: 36
2- Bernal: 25
3- Pogacar: 16

However there are still doubts about the podium. Lopez looked better today. Landa and Richie are still there but not enough to overcome their early losses. Quintana keeps fighting. He is not giving up the times that he used to lose when he was at Movistar. He could have still and good day to fight for the podium. Same for Bernal. Pogacar keeping this fitness for three weeks is a big question mark for me.

1st rest day still had faith in Pogi, 2nd rest day I felt a bit more pessimistic so voted Roglic.

I was one of the Pogi votes, but strangely wanted Roglic to win (since I think this might have been Roglic's best chance to do so, and Pogacar would no doubt have more future chances).
