I can never understand riders going toilet without pulling over. There's far too much at stake. A rider there was doing it at the front of the peloton; a slight touch of wheels and it's game over for him.

I think they got too close to each in the sprint at some point, and Trentin broke/punctured his wheel in the process.

I think it was why he pointed a finger towards Sagan after the line. Like ”don’t do that again buddy”.
