I'd think they've unadvertently learned from Monte Grappa 2010You'd think ASO had learned from the Foix stages in 2008 and 2012...

I see Céret is mooted as depart for the Andorra stage. Makes perfect sense and the TDF was bound to pay visit to the birthplace of France's most successful Olympic athlete ever. @Libertine Seguros will know this one.
Grand Saint Bernard > Colle San Carlo > Petit Saint Bernard > Tignes or GTFO
Haha, like that is gonna happen!Grand Saint Bernard > Colle San Carlo > Petit Saint Bernard > Tignes or GTFO
Rosael>Iseran>Tignes also fine.Haha, like that is gonna happen!
An absolute best case route would be something like Madeleine-Aussios-Iseran-Tignes. Given that they start in Albertville.

Pick up the phone, Prudhomme!
Madeleine from North-Montee d'Aussois-Iseran-Tignes is still under 200km, just saying...Rosael>Iseran>Tignes also fine.
They can take my 2nd option and GTFO as well I give heaps of options
I was hating that stage design all through 2019 don't tell me it'll deliver twice.Madeleine from North-Montee d'Aussois-Iseran-Tignes is still under 200km, just saying...
If Tignes insists on having the same final that couldn't happen the last time when the race exploded on the Iseran it can happen.
With something like Madeleine from North early on I really wouldn't mind that stage.I was hating that stage design all through 2019 don't tell me it'll deliver twice.
There is 0% chance they do Iséran again before Tignes given what happened last year
It would have 2 Madeleines my brain would hurtWith something like Madeleine from North early on I really wouldn't mind that stage.
This is the best somewhat realistic thing that I can come up if you go to Tignes from North, one of those short mountain stages that ASO seems to love sooo much:
