I'm trying to work out the trajectory through the air whereby one can come off a bike and land on both knees. But it is too reminiscent of similar calculations in a thread last year revolving around falling and landing on one's penis.View: https://twitter.com/AlpecinFenix/status/1408866983031017476
If the sprained ankle bit is correct Merlier won't probably be sprinting at full power for a while.
Difficult to see past Ewan here

Any chance for echelons today?
Or will it be enough to watch the last 10 minutes?
WvA saying to Wielerflits, that he is not going to contest the bunch sprints the next 2 days, because he has a shot at yellow Wednesday, and wants to save everything for that.

Far has the yellow jersey fallen since the days of Marcel Kittel.Damn. I didn't think about that, but it makes sense I guess. The yellow jersey switching from Ala to MVP to Van Aert would be pretty amazing. Then Pogacar or Roglic next? Underdogs fighting for the leader's jersey is nice to see occasionally, but real champions holding the lead is usually better.
You would too; the experiment went very wrong...I beg to differ! Ewan will in fact be very easy to see past - he always is - the question is; will he be easy for anyone to get past in the sprint?
And I think the guy who promised to run an experiment on the matter has disappeared off the forum...

If WVA did take it, I can't see Jumbo being too interested in defending it so I could see a break takes it on stage 7

Doesn't make sense at all.
If he wants to take the yellow jersey the bonus he could take today and tomorrow would help massively. It's not like you waist a lot of energy doing a mass sprint compared to rolling in 20th position.
