The other GC riders are very lucky that Carapaz isn't in this race and their group, otherwise nobody would be pacing behind.

In any case, this was a predictable tactic by Jumbo...let someone potentially come back into GC, make the opposition work, then have Vingegaard surge ahead when he is inevitably cought. But Pog will have it in the end me thinks.

At any rate, do you realize the Galibier was climbed for the first time in 1911, before the Titanic sank, on those bikes and that road? Heroic.
