Pogi providing a masterclass on how to ride to win, whether or not you have a team that can do the job.

Not sure what Van Aert was trying to achieve. A super fast flat day today is gonna hurt Vingegaard more than Pogacar before tomorrow
A stage win I think. I'm pretty sure this is planned since they want to maintain the yellow jersey but Jumbo is not capable of controlling the stage after yesterday team effort.
But I agree with you, Pogacar has more endurance than Vingegaard

Matthews is not a good breakaway rider, though. He also just said that he expects the new finish to be more selective, and better for him than last time (which wouldn't matter much if he is in the break, where he is quickest anyway). So I'd think they plan to work all day

BEX were never going to pace the peleton because Matthews will not win this stage from the peleton - It will be hard enough from a break.

Van Aert is clearly in saving energy mode today. He and the team know he needs to save energy because Vingegaard and the team will need him later in the race. That's why he's been quite today...

Looks like team JV decided to let people argue about the captain of a team between Jonas and Primož. And in reality came with only one captain...Wout.

They are doing everything to kill Roglič i guess. Like he's not on the same team.
Everyone but Laporte, WVA and Vingegaard from Jumbo are the middle to back of the peleton so I'm assuming they're all tired. Killing their whole team with this.

Jezus, WVA destroyed half the peleton on his own. What a monster.
And my cycling heart breaks when I see MVP on the back. Just drop out, stop this years TdF and aim for WC in Australia.

Didn't stop them in the Vuelta.

We are not at the Vuelta where the team learnt their lesson - And don't forget BEX have already won a stage, so there is no need to be desperate - Anyway, I reckon the finish is more suited to Mezgec.
