No, Alaphilippe didn't drop anyone. Asgreen was simply just cooked, he couldn't even bridge when the group literally was 5 seconds ahead. Julian knows there are stronger riders in the group than him, so obviously he has to go before the last climb which he tried. It didn't succeed.

What would having Asgreen there accomplish? He would be off the front in 200-300 metres on the last climb.

Clueless chauvinism again. TV2 should look to hire.
