And that is a bad thing?
IF THE STANDDARD OF GREAT RACE IS THIS! it sure a bad thing. Boring yes, but my vison of great race is one magnificent daring plan that rider somehow able to pull it off, and steal the race from stronger rider. Not trying to crucify each others and making dumb move after dumb move in each medium mountain day that should be given to break, or at minimum, actions toward the end in more suitable ground.

Why is Vingo thinking that Yates is doing a Roglic? Haven’t he learned from his own Tour win last year. What. Is. This.

Tactically I think it is a mistake by JV not to make sure Kuss was safe before igniting the fireworks. Kuss is no Roglic, but it is always better to have 2 riders near the top of the GC than one especially when you are up against someone of Pogacars level.

Why is Jonas trying to counter Adam Yates?

How would we be analyzing the Jumbo Visma tactics if Pogacar was in yellow instead of Vingegaard?
Good point - I would expect JV to attack all over and to put pressure on UAE.

We might need to recall that JV expected Vingegaard to be behind Pogacar at this time, so they are probably just doing the tactics they planned months ago. But both teams only have a few riders left, so they can both be put under pressure.

This is fun and there can be large gaps in the end of the day.
