I bet the commentators and media will cheer for the Danes at the WC in Edinburgh. Is that allowed or will you also in this case cheer for the non-Danes?It was the reason why I never became a fan of CSC/Saxo Bank.

Rasmussen was the only one I REALLY rooted for because he was so different and spectacular. Of the current crop of riders, I really only root for Asgreen, and I must admit I actively root against Skjelmose who they are promoting as the new darling, very Fuglsang-esque.It was the reason why I never became a fan of CSC/Saxo Bank.
Would be weird if the commentators were in Edinburgh to report on the WC considering it‘s in Glasgow.I bet the commentators and media will cheer for the Danes at the WC in Edinburgh. Is that allowed or will you also in this case cheer for the non-Danes?
Certainly happens when your national identity is not that of the place of residence/nationality of commentators. This is the commentator effect: Commentators are chauvinistic towards your nations riders, so you start to root against them because you are sick and tired of all the talk about them.
Do you guys experience that?

It is not uncommon to broadcast from a studio somewhere, but ... not really that important detail if you read my comment againWould be weird if the commentators were in Edinburgh to report on the WC considering it‘s in Glasgow.
Schloss Edin or Chateau Edin?I bet the commentators and media will cheer for the Danes at the WC in Edinburgh. Is that allowed or will you also in this case cheer for the non-Danes?
Thanks!Pais Vasco last year, high speed downhill crash on a straight.
He wasn't such a bad descender before, at least. I mean, when Jumbo got that 1-2-3 in PNC last spring, he still came 4th after a downhill attack.
He probably has a flight to Oman and was supposed to link up with the team going from Oman to the uae, after some training in Oman in the sun?PCS Injury history page for him lists Fractured wrist for him in training on 22nd Feb 2019, the day after the Tour of Oman finished. Odd that he should link the injury to the race.
But upon further review there’s quite a big damper on it considering Simmons is from Durango as well but I’ve never heard them mention it. Kinda messed up.Nah, hearing Sepp Kuss is from Durango Colorado is the highlight of my experience.

AND he is out in front alone on a mountain stage - he is stealing Cort's thunder, dammitHaller is rocking a phenomenal trash stache. Chapeau my friend. Magnifique.
That's really sad.Powless with less power now.
They are allowed to root for Danish riders, as long as it's not over the top (in the WC it's alright though), but I didn't like how they tried to force me to root for the Schlecks, for instance, and later Contador, the guy they had painted as the enemy in the years before.
He must have a stomach bug or something.Woods already being dropped is surprising.
