Not nice.Crap. Nielson may have a mechanical.
7 W/kg on a climb such as Tourmalet is Pantani prime, maybe faster.Isn't that usually a bad sign? Or do you mean "only" 7 W/kg![]()
With how all this is playing out, I'd be surprised if Vingegaard doesn't lead the Tour with at least 1 minute on Hindley and 3 on Pogacar. Should be simple from here for Jumbo, Wout and Jonas. If Vingegaard drops Pogacar on the Tourmalet it will be the a fatality move. It could be a matter of minutes then.
Yeah, but why Jumbo didn´t let Bora lead the GC group in the Aspin, so the gap would have been 5 minutes without van Aert have to work in the front group. Than go full gas on the tourmalet. Van Aert waits on the top to lead Vingegaard who attaked earlier..The steep part takes 38’-39’. 4 minutes should be enough.
Why would Jumbo be satisfied only driving the pace in the breakaway and the peloton simultaneously? Why not have someone drop back and pace the sprinters grupetto too?
Oh it's definitely faster. I was just joking7 W/kg on a climb such as Tourmalet is Pantani prime, maybe faster.
Maybe Bora would go harder. By taking the front, they are in control. Now Bora took over again, so I think Laporte managed to slow the peloton down.Yeah, but why Jumbo didn´t let Bora lead the GC group in the Aspin, so the gap would have been 5 minutes without van Aert have to work in the front group. Don´t understand why Jumbo and van Aert worked at the same time...
Powless seems to be going well. Maybe he just wanted water or a gel.One of the EF riders had his hand up on the descent, but I don't think anything came of it.
Let's hope so! Fireworks!Pogacar will surprise everybody and make a go for it when Tourmalet get hard.
I think people underestimate Pogacar. Hindley is also underestimated don´t count him out, take into consideration the stage races he has won.. its not some "lucky punch" we are talking about. With how all this is playing out, I'd be surprised if Vingegaard doesn't lead the Tour with at least 1 minute on Hindley and 3 on Pogacar.
