I've read that ASO demanded Firenze as the GD, but that the initiative was from Emilia-Romagna. In that case, I think Cesena makes the most sense as the start of stage 1 to get the full Pantani bingo.

Ive just realised I forgot to remove him from my velogame team last minute , between that and being a Landa fan i did not do my cortisol levels a favour
