He is still the best it seems on prolonged efforts. Pogacar at the moment just has the better attack. And the way better downhill (thats actually what made the biggest difference so far).

Vingo looking like the strongest on the longer, less explosive climbs when 1v1.

Which is encouraging for him.

BUT he has totally lost the slight advantage over Pogi he used to have descending.

I would say that historically he was the slightly better descender and would at worst stay even and at best gain a few seconds on Pogi.

Now? Every descent Pogi is putting in over 1 second per km going off stage 4 and now today.
