I tried to keep an open mind until I saw guys stopped with their hands on their hips at a narrow gravel road opening and guys running with their bikes up the hill short hill.

The narrowness was a bit of an issue but nothing wrong with running up a hill, just part of cycling.

This is why having teams of split-goals isn't without risk, Ineos/UAE could've buried a dangerous rider like Roglic today, but Pidcock wants a breakaway win and UAE don't want to upset Ayuso.
