I don't know if you are asking to much. They'll want to win a stage with Vingegaard I guess, and the best way to achieve that against Pog is to get a big enough gap before the final climb. Also: what else are they going to do? Will it work at all? Probably not, because Pog won't let him go.

Pogacar will never let Vingo go (even if only for a stage win). Unless he's like 10 minutes ahead. I meant long distance attack hoping Pogi actually can't respond and distancing him further with the help of a teammate. It's very unlikely to succeed (given Pog strength) but it's the only slim chance Vingo has. I am wondering if Visma will try it at least once.

Yes I did understand, I guess I automatically thought "well, only works if he let's him go" because I don't think he can distance him. They'd have to hope for a lesser day by Pogi, the only way to find that out is to make the race hard though and try, so I think they'll do it.

There is one viable strategy. Get the right man in the breakaway. And that man is Jonas Vingegaard.

Otherwise, get Kuss/Jorgenson/Yates in there and try to win the stage.

Is it called a Spell Card because they spelled its name wrong?

So you mean Pantani on Galibier like attack. All or nothing long distance ride. Hoping for big gains if Pogacar is on a lesser day. I would like to see that.

Given stage 15, we might see Lidl, Alpecin and Intermache being able to keep things together for the intermediate sprint on this stage. After that we need some bravery from the upper echelons of the GC, hopefully including both Visma and Bora.

If visma is still riding for the win they need to try something tomorrow and probably a differenct approach. Since Ventoux will suit UAE it's mainly tomorrow and loze. Put jorge and 2 other guys in the break.

Has operation for his broken finger tomorrow

Wanted to ride today anyway
Yeah, today he couldn't have really hurt anyone because not much fellow rider traffic was involved in the ITT, but his finger was heavily splinted, so braking or shifting would have been a much bigger issue on any subsequent stage.

Chapeau Coquard, he did what he could.

Sure and then what? Launch with Benoot and Kuss with Vingegaard and Pogacar on the wheel?
Sepp needs to go all out and vinge attack from far away.
Putting Vinge in the break seems impossible to me.
If jorge wasn't that far behind they could maybe create a situation where UAE has to chase but that is off the table.
I think everything is better than to repeat the strategy of the hautacam stage. Otherwise settle for 2nd place.
