Oh I totally know that, I've been watching cycling since 1984. I saw he'd grabbed a piece of it and first thing I thought was "He's going to stuff it down the jersey to keep warm, brilliant!" But then unless I missed it I thought he threw it away?

INEOS can’t decide who to ride for. CRod is captain on paper, but Arensman is probably stronger and Movistar are not confident after the struggle on Tourmalet. Muhlberger is probably their strongest guy…

Remember back in 2004 when Mayo was ready to climb off but not allowed by his DS. Cycling has grown soft!

I recall when cameras were watching him, waiting to abandon at any moment. He gestured for the camera guys to leave him alone, and they went, while he abandoned them.
