The queen stage got the winner it deserved. He seen an opportunistic move on the descent and went for it so fair play to O'Connor.
Something tells me you are used to the German autobahn - where speed limits are not a thingLipo is like that driver I keep passing after hitting rest stops a couple of times
Ok. But it's a different climb todayhe blew up well before Meribel, which puts him in Courchervel
Yes, as I said, they took a late climb detour around 1600m, after doing the first 15-16km of the climb they did today then hit the Loze from the opposite side
RB tactic today very strange. Did they have a plan??
That's how things work in sports. Sometimes you lose, sometimes the others win. They tried something and it didn't work out. For RBH the screen time was valuable and Considering that Lipo is still eligible for the white jersey in the first place means that his time is still to come. Remember, his team never expected him to be there in the first place. He was on the podium and had the white jersey... in his first TdF.
Thats not something you should throw away.
As a smaller team looks like the sponsors want some tv timeRB tactic today very strange. Did they have a plan??
I think if he had any energy for he would have gone for it. He's not shy about attacking generally.Vingo has surrendered unconditionally
It wasnt smart and he should have ridden for his place on the podium. That's how things work in sports. Sometimes you lose, sometimes the others win. They tried something and it didn't work out. For RBH the screen time was valuable and Considering that Lipo is still eligible for the white jersey in the first place means that his time is still to come. I'm pretty sure he blew up in Meribel, but I might be wrong about this. Crucially the final 11 kms were different and much harder then. If you think those 10 km are a little detour then so be it. I think those 20% ramps are quite relevant though.they did the first 16 km. They literally went through Courchervel on the climb 2 years ago. That's where Pog blew apart
2020 did a totally different side
