Even if the day was conducive to Jonas getting some separation on the Madelaine Ihe would have been facing what amounts to a huge solo TT prior to Loze; probably not realistic anyway. It's going to be mano-a-mano between Pog and Jonas the last 10k of Loze; Pog would have to blow a head gasket for Jonas to get real time today.

Lipo was set to peak for the Dauphiné, so it should come as no surprise that he gets a bit weaker. He was originally meant to be a pure helper for Roglic.
