Bad TT rider (Mas): 51 kph - 38'49" (33 km)
 Gap: 2'49"

And no, I don't believe Remco can be 4 kph faster than Mas.

Unfortunately for Remco, this TT is not good for gigantic gaps like the one we had in the Dauphine, even if he flies IMHO (which I believe he will).

looked like he just lost most of it by bad cornering.

But he also didn't expect to do the Tour and got the phone call when he was away for some moto cross, so he's probably unlikely to be at his best.

He tired in the end and also took the corners från 2k-1k from the finish like he didn't recon the course. Or he was just scared to ride aggressively through the corners due to all his crashes.

I mean he’s looking really bad so far.

What were you expecting? 55 km/h is almost exactly 36 minutes, going faster was always a stretch. And they should definitely crack 37 minutes if Romeo is only 44 seconds above it.
