According to the Ticker:

There is a third intermediate check in stage 19. It is in Le Coudray at the 48km mark. Four men have reached this mark and the best time to date has been set by Johan Vansummeren (GRS): 1h01'44", 1'15" better than Julien Fouchard (COF). No one has yet reached the finish in Chartres.

Does not actually show in the summary though.

It's flat and open. Expect bigger timegaps than in the previous TT.
Wind will play a bigger role and lightweight climbers will loose more ground.
Wiggins will reveal why they ride solely for him in the tour.

I thought it was normal when you had 2 team mates together on the rankings, that you adjusted the order and split them, to avoid any appearance of drafting etc.

Am I misremembering ? Why are Froome and Wiggo not separated ?

Not sure - but Le Tour has the top 14 at 3 mins apart. I guess theyre not expecting a catch with that 3 min gap.

Normally they do that yes, but in the first ITT it didn't happent either with some riders...

It didn't happen last year with the Schlecks. Don't know what the rules are.

About as classy as Gilbert wanting to beat up that dog's owner ;)

Yes, touching the guy a little bit is obviously much more irresponsible then letting a big dog loose in a fast approaching peloton.

They probably assume that 3 minute gaps for the last 13 is enough to avoid getting too close to the one in front.

Back in the first TT, I noticed a change due to 3 out of 4 in succession being from OPQ - but all in the 2 minute gap area.

Pineau left one minute (instead of 2) behind the previous rider, followed by Grabsch 3 minutes later, Cummings (BMC) was next, then Tony Martin. Would have been fun sorting out the Team cars, presumably a NS car in there somewhere.

The Gilbert should have given the owner a word or two. People are clueless sometimes. I was sorry to see the little girl caught up in it, however. In the end, it was only a few ruffled feathers.
