like i said, he is better than cadel in everything besides sprinting, blame cadel for his own lack of competence.

Like I said, AC is really alot better on rest days.

I don't want ACF on here now. His parade of BMC beating Rabobank is too much to handle.

Not to mention he will disregard the wind factor

Brace for a ****storm. :)

Has there ever been an overall contender contribute so little in a TTT as Andy...

Doesn't matter. He did hang on together with Frank and that the idea.
A phenomenal performance by the others of Leopard with the exception of Posthuma made sure Andy and Frank gained time on most other GC contenders.

Very strong performance by BMC. I'm sure our BMC fanboys will be full of joy today.

Specially ACF.. after T-A he thought his bet that BMC would beat Rabo today was foolish, but he was right afterall :)

Did BMC feel that Phinney wasn't ready this year? It seems as though he'd have been perfect for this stage. Hell, couldn't you start him the first few stages then have him drop out with an "injury" after the first week?

At one point Frank Schleck was about to

.... lose contact with the swiss train. Interesting how Fabian could have done all alone without carrying the dead wood.

You should put some money on today, for the former if you're confident:

5 horse race according to the bookies. Astana look reasonable value, so do BMC.

Team Garmin-Cervelo 17/10 HTC-Highroad 13/5
Team Radioshack 13/4 Team Leopard Trek 8/1
Team Sky 8/1 Rabobank 40/1
Saxo-Bank Sunguard 80/1 BMC Racing Team 100/1
Omega Pharma Lotto 150/1 Liquigas 150/1
Astana 150/1 Katusha 200/1
Movistar Team 350/1 Quick Step 600/1
Lampre 600/1 Vacansoleil 800/1
Ag2r 1000/1 Team Europcar 1000/1
Saur-Sojasun 1500/1 Euskaltel 1500/1
Francais des Jeux 1500/1 Cofidis 2000/1

Said about the value of BMC at 100/1 this morning. 4 seconds from getting it all.

We will now see the yellow jersey leading out Tyler for a couple of stages and then Petacchi or Cav winning.

The Schleks has so far done nothing in this Tour and Andy even finished the first stage at the same time as Contador but still they got almost a 2 min advantage over Contador. I really hope anyone but Andy (and Wiggins) will win this Tour. How is it possible that two GC-guy doesnt do any work at a ITT? Yes, it is a team competition but still you want the best guy to win...

Or you could take a guy that actually lasts 3 weeks. Why would you take someone just for the TTT? That would be just stupid.

Good thing his TT is so much better now

Looking at Andy today i would say no. He looked awful and probably needs 3-4 minutes come the 20th stage.

Makes you realise that AS would have been nothing some 15-20 years back when we had 60 kilometers against the watch.

Have to say, Andy will never be in as good of a position to win a Tour as this one.

Everything is going his way.

only 42 ITT km in the race.

Contador loses 1:14 on a flat stage.

Then on the TTT, He rode Cancellara all teh way to the finish, and the wind in the final few km change from a head wind to a tail wind.

Well he has every right to parade now doesn't he? Specially you should know since you don't let any opportunities go to parade about your genius predictions ;)

Great ride by BMC and chapeau to Cuddles. Big surprise there.

Cancellara, really was riding for 3 men there, well done to him and the other 6 riders who did something today.

I find it funny that Andy still has to gain even more time on Contador to win.

Problem for Evans is how does he control Contador from here?

Chase or let him go....
