I still can't get my head around Garmin's tactics (say one thing, do another), but very happy for Farrar. Great win.

What a great finish. I was thinking earlier either Cav or Petacchi ftw. But HTC messed up the leadout. And THEN mighty Thor pulls the next punch leading Farrar towards the win... and while Farrar crossed the line arms raised who's that in the background sitting up in yellow with a huge grin on his face... THOR. Looked like no bad team chemistry at all.

Haha, Muravyev closely marking Contador's domestiques this year too. :p

Happy for Farrar. The Spanish commentators didn't even recognize the W sign.

Nicely done by Garmin. Congrats to Farrar

Also they will easily have the green because Hushovd stayed up there for 6th in the final sprints, to go along with his pts at the int. sprint and the 3rd place on Sat.

Vaughters will be crazy.

Great win for Farrar and Dean and Hushovd.

Cav's 1st Tour sprint woes continue. But this year, there's not many other chances. Perhaps the Cavendish jersey won't be won by him this year.

Winning and yellow makes a lot of the stinks go away. Ultimate deodorant.

I'm glad Tyler finally has a TdF win. Great move by Thor, Dean, and Tyler. Right where they needed to be at the right time.

Who said Feillu couldn't sprint? Almost got that.

Well done Farrar, Garmin, Feillu, Rojas, Hinault.

HTC lost that 5km out. If Swift was on Thomas' wheel there...who knows. He really is building up a rep as big as Renshaws...

Lol what a finish.

Garmin got it handed it to them by the Cofidis man falling.
Too bad Feillu waited to long and got boxed by Rojas so he had to go too late.

I guess Geraint thought EBH and Swifty were on his wheel, but who knows what happened. Several people messed up the last corner.

Great result for Garmin-Cervelo... stage win, top sprinter happy, other 'sprinter' gets 6th place points, keep the maillot jaune... lots to be happy about.

Best of all - nothing keeps dissension away like winning.

Great work by Hushovd on that last corner.
