what a boring day only worth it to watch the last 15km. when are the pan flat windy days.

Stage 5 takes the last 70km along the Atlantic Coast so hopefully we will cause some chaos.

Both Thor and Farrar have claimed they are going for stage wins and not the green jersey, but it seems like the one of them who is not going for the stage win goes for the intermediate sprint.

yeah this seems to be their tactic, bit strange don't know what it gains them

There is a sea-breeze along the west coast of France but its not very strong. IMO the best chance is going across the bridge - be the windiest place i'd have thought. Hopefully someone will try something.

Yeah, well, I don't see aluminium bikes making a comeback in the pro peloton, mr Kelly. :D

if there is a crosswind the BMC boys will make sure that anyone caught up in the 2nd group will lose time

Not sure how keen they will be today. Tomorrow they will want to make sure the break comes back to give Evans the best chance of taking yellow and in the days after that they will have to do some work to keep the yellow jersey. If things get going im sure they will lend a hand but im not sure they want to do a whole team effort today.
