No, no he hasn't. Someone else in this tour will likely crash out for some reason on some descent or into some traffic furniture. It is part of the freaking deal, and sorry, but 6 sections of cobbles, none of which were the hardest they could have found, is really not that big of a deal. Why should it be that the only time gaps that count are on mountains or TT's?

Like I said before, ASO endured mounds of criticism in years past for making the race too hard with mountains. Then we get a tour like last year that had the drama of a Little Miss Georgia pageant because it was too freaking easy. The race was boring with a capital Zzzzzzz. They decided to do something that would liven the race, and it did just that. Not to mention that it was fun to watch. Riders also forget one thing in their little pity party, if people don't watch the races, they don't get paid big fat checks.

The point is crashes on narrow cobbled stages are often fatal, whereas most of the time riders can carry on. It's far more randomn. There is a very serious point about whether it was wise to introduce that into a grand tour. If you don't like grand tours then don't watch them - but don't try to turn it into another classic race to sex things up.

I know it's fun to criticise people that are more talented and earn more money that yourself - it's one of the joys of following pro-sports - but Andy Shleck is not a pussy for raising this issue.

For the love of Gawd,

How pathetic a human being do you have to be to have nothing better to do than just keep re-registering under changing names, all the time.

I mean, really. Just pathetic.

Go outside - that bright thing in the sky - that's the sun.

Well, how pathetic is it to ban someone for no reason? There is a grand tour on - this is a big moment for cycling fans.

Another chamois sniffing July wonder swooping in and trying to throw bombs. If you are BPC, you will not be able to hide for very long. You just don't have the self control to do so. Mental illness sucks that way. If you are some new fanboy (I am guessing I am right with my previous assessment), I can tell you what your next 15 posts will be without you posting them and I am not even a psychic.

I'm not actually trying to hide it at the moment - just good to be able to make some points and call people out.

Why don't you have some self control and just calm down a bit and be a little more rational? You really shouldn't be so scared of me.

Mountain descents. Fatal. So none of those?

(BTW SO MUCH REPORTING)

(Yes, well done for telling teacher. You must be very proud when they come along to ban me - really shows you have great points).

By fatal I meant fatal to your grand tour hopes. The crashes are more common and more random.

It's a serious point. You can disagree with that without posting pictures of Africans. Isn't that trolling?

Maybe the admins can answer that one.

The thing with TFF is he is not even a good troll. All his points either show that he cracks up, like when he always threatens to beat people up, doesn't have an argument, or are some trite point that often contradicts everything he has been saying on another issue.

I think that's what he most hates about me - I show that he doesn't really have an argument.

I prefer to think of it as informing the Zoo Keepers that the chimp is out its cage and playing on the internet. Again

I am not scared of you. You are a mentally ill troll who posts troll crap on a variety of forums. You are not a cycling fan. You need meds and a good spanking from your mum. Past that, there are very few people on the planet who serve a lesser purpose in life than do you. I know it sucks to hear that, but the sooner you accept it, the better off the world will be.

Toodles psycho!

Speaking of the amin policy, I see they're trying to 'get tough' on everybody to show they are being more fair.

It doesn't really work though because they either give these measly one week bans, whist I get banned for life everything, and they even allow them to set up a sock account to continue to post. It just highlights their hypocrisy more than when they were openly biased.

Having said that, it's good to see that 180Crank and other mods are coming under a little more scrutiny for their authortarian and abritary behaviour, now that some of the in crowd have taken a little slap on the risks.

Now you can see what I've had to put up with. Huh?

Back on topic.

Lance looked great today. Especially before his front flat when he was losing Popo's wheel over one of the sections. Or when he had that constipated look on his face after the flat. In fairness, he fought... I'll give him that. He coulda pulled a Basso.

Compare and contrast AC, AS and LA on the stones today. That will tell you all you need to know.

I don't hate anything. I get under your skin better than anyone here. Its why every time you slither back, you come take pot shots at me. You know when you are bettered, and it frustrates you to no end. I understand. I find it wonderful that you keep coming after me. It tells me that I am doing exactly what I want to do with you. I control your actions. Get used to it.

Toodles psycho!

You see, he puts together a series of cliche slogans that often get used. He can't even make a good point to put me down.

Yeah like you're a great fan of cycling. Tell us which riders you like apart from your mancrush on Landis? Which teams do you like?.....tumble weed.

Who are you going to threaten to beat up today?

Well, LA will actually have to race if he wants to get on the podium now. I think that he was hoping to build a nice lead today and then wheelsuck on the mountain stages. Now, he will have to attack if he wants to get some time back. He can't wait until the ITT.

What are your thoughts on "we're not going home"? Just seems like an odd thing to say.

Not really. Again, just a figure of speech -- sorta like a bunch of kids playing baseball and the losing team "takes their ball and goes home" to pout. In other words, LA's saying that RS is going to hang in there and put up the best fight they can.

ETA: Good example of how people's words/meaning/intentions can easily be misinterpreted in an international setting!

Agreed, and that plays into the hands of AC and AS.

Er, you're the famous guy who lets everybody get under your skin. You literary can't stop "hunting trolls" rather than taking about the issues. You even threaten to beat people up!

There are two reasons I focus on you. One, because you show up the mods as hypocrits - the fact that you're allowed to troll blows a hole in their credibility - and secondly, when I'm not allowed on here for long, your an easy target that is easy to take down. Look at your post above that you're not even trying to defend? You're often making a silly point.

When I was allowed to post and thus have proper debates, you had nothing to say on anything important so I rarely conversed with you. Indeed I remember telling you to use the ignore button many times, but you can't help yourself.

I'm not sure what you mean by the last quote. All of them looked good on the cobbles today. And yes, LA did a good ride to limit his losses. Had he not punctured, he would have stayed with the AC/Vino group.

Awesome.

That was a proper wield of the banhammer.

Back ot topic, Yes, now we will see if he has anything left to attack with, he won't win by just sitting there, and there is no guarantee that he will gain time on the final TT

You're safe. Teacher has come to protect you. You can calm down now and relax - don't have to debate any points about cycling with someone who disagrees with you.
