Ha ha. Voigt on Norwegian TV2. "Hincapie calls me a rookie with cheek in tongue, since I only have 14 starts in TDF". Hincapie has 16. Voight think they both are borderline insane :D

is there the 3km rule today or not ?

No, but let's wait and see who ends up on the tarmac and when. Cancellara reserves the right to neutralize the stage if necessary. :D:p

Kelly not very impressed with the Schleck's as tactical riders. He implied fairly strongly that he doesn't think they are the sharpest needles in the sewing kit.

Cav lost ten points thanks to the relegation at the intermediate sprint yesterday, he is now 31 behind Farrar.

Kelly in pretty blunt form today. From the Schlecks as dimwits to the commissaires as jobsworths who are trying to kill sprinting.

ITV are laying in to the commissaires as well. They are showing the footage of Hinault giving a gentle head-**** to Farrar at the finishing sprint.

The break is being kept on a very short leash today.

Yep. This is structurally a sprint stage, just with some of the names changed.

At least we have Hoogerland in the break, so of course he's just attacked solo with nearly 100km left. An idiot but a glorious idiot.

Not if all the other riders are big enough suckers to slowly peddle in together at Cancellara's request!

 cancellara not in yellow, so if (like last year) the DS's make an agreement, the instruction will go through Hushovd.

anyone who actually believes it was cancellara's decision conveniently forgets about the race radio that Riis used to let him know what was happening a kilometres behind him and instructed him to do what he did...

back to today's stage...
