He can't decend. Not advisable.

So it's better to descend with a 0 second advantage as opposed to a 60 second one? The descent into Bigorre isn't even technical after the first 4km.

Look. I agree. They'll all finish together bar Porte.

But if you want to try something. Final climb is the only place.

Otherwise you end up like Porte.

Froome just has to attack?

Why not? It's not like he's gonna drop his team. I'd laugh my *** off if Froome goes on the attack and blows Vaverde to pieces. Don't think Contador can do much either.

Dan Martin & Quintana to attack on last climb and get to finish. Martin to win sprint!!

Don't think Martin is anywhere near the Froome group so might be tricky ;)

EDIT: Sorry, you might be right

Define shielding.

Riding 1P ahead of the protected rider in order to quickly respond to any surprise attacks that come from behind and give the protected rider a boost there.

Either way, you also seem to be misplacing Costa.

Even if someone gaps froome dont think he will loose much time on just one climb. Movi and saxo should be riding for Nairo and Roman really, they look better than Valverde and contador. Though it wont happen.

To all those people who gave me snarky replies an hour ago when i said one would be better off going to sleep for an hour.

Could you please tell me what has happened in the last hour. What excitement might one have missed.

You missed Taste le Tour with Gabriel Gate...

Is Jens Voigt still in the Froome group? That makes 5 of them there plus Bakelants ahead. Good stage for RSLT.
