It's pretty funny how Ryo was mocking Vervaeke before this race, but now the Colombians need help from Australia to keep him in check :eek:

Vervaeke mantains a really good tempo. Gap still 2.30.

Meanwhile, Lopez sets himself on the front of the small group.

Still some kilometres of climbing left, right? Dont know if they will catch him but he has done a great thing for his GC anyway because a lot of riders in front of him are already way behind

Vervaeke should hold on for the stage win.

And perhaps 2nd place in GC is possible, if Power isn't bridging too rapidly.
