Albanese was part of the big break also. ;)

i didn't see his name in the list above :D
Yeah, I know, he was missing for some reason. ;)

And procyclingstats is wrong about the time gaps. Tschernoster came in 4 seconds down on the winner, Ackermann was the first of the bunch at 50 seconds down. Lots of pre race favorites lost 10 seconds, including Costa.

Ridiculous if PCS is correct with same time for first 42 riders. Clear gap at least for two-three first groups. First four should have at least a few seconds at the few vids I've seen so far

You are right Samba.
Albanese, Jansen, Tao, Van Hoydonk st, Tschernoster at 4 sec, (bunch dunno how big) at 50". Bit of a surprise on this parcours, but another reason why u23/amateour races should be televised more than pros. Attack, attack, attack!

Albanese is a talent. He won Trofeo Matteotti at just 19 years of age. Sure he outsprinted just Belletti who isn't the best sprinter in the world but still that is some achievement for someone so young.
In the Trofeo Matteotti Albanese escaped from the peloton 1 km to go. Peloton didn't catch him.

Grundahl Jansen who was already in the break yesterday, was in it again today. This time he won.

Is he a sprinter? I only ask because I regard Dibben, who came 2nd, as a potential durable sprinter.

Not pure sprinter, looks to be classic type - EBH sorta maybe. Offensive though. U23 Norwegian champ of the year.
