DirectVelo have a good liveblog up (in French - link). Three Dutch riders in the top-4 which is led by Daan Hoole right now, past three-quarters of the field has finished.

Netherlands dominating right now. I expected them to be good cause they have a lot of good TTers in their team, but 4 out of 5 right now is something else. Don't see how they can lose the TTT on sunday.

Carlos Rodriguez in 9th currently, Ayuso in 10th, seperated by 10 miliseconds.

EDIT: Price-Pejtersen takes the lead!

As a Colombian I get deflated by these results. It looks like Umba could be another Sosa. :disappointed: He could not ride a bike outside of the mountains. Hope some things change.

I think it's a bit early to tell. He wasn't that bad in the Vuelta al Tachira ITT for instance.
Today he was terrible but it was also a very short TT, which probably favored stronger, more explosive guys.

idk about his future in ITTs but Umba seems different than Sosa. That stage in Rwanda where was second was more classics-like and the Tour de Savoie Mont Blanc stage he won a was a 5-rider sprint after a descent. I can't see Sosa doing well in either type of course.

Waerenskjold wins again? I didn't expect him to win bunch sprints...

Colnaghi (Italy) 2nd, Laurence (France) 3rd.

Colnaghi is fast, last year be beat Jordi Meeus and Jake Steward at the u23 Giro, so Waerenskjold seems to have a good kick too. Last year he was already beating a sprinter like Christian Koch in bunch sprints.

Colombia just lost 2 minutes in a TTT, they're almost deadlast. I think it's already over for GC.

Denmark in first right now, but still 10 teams to finish

Ecuadorian team four minutes down with normal road bikes. Danish team still first but the distance to Kazakhstan in tenth is just a little over a minute, some of the strongest nations still on the course.

Italy in first now, but lots of good teams still on the road. I would think Netherlands and Norway are gonna be close, probably beat them.

This is like in the Olympics. You are on your own (country)!
