what to look forward to
1. see Søren Kragh win something (edit, DNS that sucks)
2. Juan Ayuso
3. FDJ looking strong with Madous Molard Gaudu
4. some nice stages and no super favorite
5. Gianni Moscon getting into peak world's championship condition
6. what kind of rider is Oscar Chamberlain? australian type maybe
7. hard to predict but maybe between Hirschi and Skjelmose for the overall
8. it's always a fun race

Do you mean the GC or the stage? I don't see him winning this first stage, but he could win the GC if he's able to gain enough time before the TT

Thanks for making a thread. Always a enjoyable race, and I hope today for attacks on cote de stefelter.

Last year Masnada was top 10 on the stage, but the finish is less uphill today

If I was UAE I would go all out on this hill. 1.8km's, 8.5% avg, with a kilometer at +10%. Would be good to test MVDP for the WC, to get more insights for Pogacar. Although it might not say enough because the rest of the stage wasn't hard enough.
