I am not sure if Majka can pull it off, but he said that the final climb is too easy and he needs time before ITT. So if he feels decent he will attack early.

There are indeed some HC climbs in Slovakian part if they ride further inland to Low Tatras region, most difficult is our version of MT Ventoux - Kralova Hola a legendary mountain.

Why? A 25 km time trial should always be part of al week long stage race.

A time trial is more interesting then all those flat sprintstages combined.

Because it's too deciding. I liked the race a lot in 2012 and 2011. Much, much better than last year's race.

Yeah, they need to drill it hard. He needs to attack at least from 7-10km out in order to get a decent advantage.

The last bit they only climb on the MTF and not on the previous laps is supposed to be steeper though. But we'll see. If it isn't too much, Matthews could still win, he's been climbing very well this year
