Thanks!
Will he do the brush? So exciting!
Nice touch with Jakobsen's number.
Oops. I stand corrected. It was not a surprise to see Remco take off with about 50 Km remaining, but I did not expect him to be able to execute that well. I should have learned my lesson by now. Insane performance! Chapeau. (And maybe there was a time trial, after all. Remco inserted a 50-kilometer one in today's stage.)No time trial in this year's edition. Carapaz has to be the favorite, now.
The latter. He caught the rest sleeping whilst stocking up on supplies.Remco is nuts! He is from another planet wow. Fantastic day of bike racing.
I missed the attack. How did he get away in the first place? Was it by pure strength or did he catch them by surprise. Everybody and their mothers know by now that you just don't let him go. He gets 10s at 50km to go and you don't see him again until after the finish line.
Were they actually feeding at the time? If so, I missed that but no real surprise since I was watching 2 races at once which I'm sure others were doing. The latter. He caught the rest sleeping whilst stocking up on supplies.
The others were sleeping a bit, but everyone was a on the limit when he attacked. He was also the strongest on the climb.
I think you missed a "not" in your post.Who needs strategy when you can just ride faster! Giro is going to be very exciting.
Yep, i noticed ZZ in the chase, one of the stronger performances of his with the pros. If not the strongest. Already bumped his thread yesterday ;-)Not to take anything away from Remco since they're only one year apart, but that's one hell of a ride from Skin Quimmons.
This is a beautiful example of how we can communicate more efficiently. No need to say hats off, and hands down and everybody knows what you mean.Beautiful win by Evenpoel. Hats down.
I prefer this over hands off. This is a beautiful example of how we can communicate more efficiently. No need to say hats off, and hands down and everybody knows what you mean.
I agree, but it is scary to think that he was so confident that he would win by such a comfortable margin that he chose that as his celebration.
I prefer this over hands off.
Trouble with the ladies, huh?I prefer this over hands off.
