Two mountain stages coming.

Tomorrow the easier one. Looking at the profile, one name comes to my mind - Rutkiewicz. A lot of downhill near the end where Rutek is a Nibali/Sagan like beast, uphill he is also very strong. He is down on the GC due to a crash, so he should do a deal with Kwiatkowski. Omega do not chace him really hard tomorrow if he breaks alone on the descent, and sunday he helps Michal K. to win the race.

Really Uran should really try to win this abnd prove his credentials furhter than anonymous Top 8 at Giro. Prove his credentials he can win. Strong team to back him up, if he doesn't win this GC I would be little bit disappointed if I was him.

Untill now I think that Henao looks the stronger of the South American duo in Poland

Henao looks definitely stronger . But I am thinking for Uran sake who's contract runs out this year - and has to produce something that gets him another deal. He's been pretty anonymous at Giro, unlucky at Classics and had good Volta.

He has to prove he can win something big.

But it would surprise me if Henao gets the leadership, however we didn't see uran do much yet and that leads me to believe, he's getting ready for stages that really count in GC.

Kruopis had an awesome season last year but is only about seventh choice sprinter at Greenedge.

If you follow the GreenEdge season that is definitely not correct. Kroupis has been the #2 sprinter this season behind Goss. He had a few close calls in Oman earlier in the season and then when picked as the lead sprinter in the Spring got sick and also had a race or two where he didn't finish due to sickness and injury. He picked up another win in Norway but hasn't raced a lot when considering the whole season.

“I had some problems in the middle part of the season,” admitted Kruopis. “I spent ten days in Slovenia riding in the mountains to get in the best shape I could for Tour of Poland. I wanted to improve myself and show the team that I could do something here.”

I would rate Howard as the #3 sprinter at OGE and he is leading out Kroupis, so that probably highlights the fact he is well regarded in the team.

See, this looks more like a weekend stage.

Definitely more interesting than the Tour snooze fest.
Moser is in good form. Won't rule him out.

they could add some decent climbs, stage likes this will lead to a crapshot for GC

I think it was tomorrow where they have a decent climbing stage. Previously won by Dan Martin, Mollema etc. Should be for Henao, Uran, and other good climbers.

Mete Poland is not France, Spain or Italy. We do not have so high mountains.

It is not easy to find hard climbs for pros that can be climbed on a road bike, and would make gaps of minutes.

Tomorrow stage is hard enough to make it difficult. All depends of the riders, the stage profile is ok.

So far we had two falt, and two hilly stages, with two difficult ones coming today and tomorrow. That is not a bad parcour, and the stages are so far pretty exciting.

Shame that they are not showed properly, unfortunatlly our TV has no experience in showing cycling, and they do not want to pay more monay for a better coverage.

Great way to prepare for the Olympics :( he lost about 40 minutes on the flatter stages, and when it gets more difficult he gievs up.

live coverage of the stage in both polish and english.

Polish TV starts live at abut 17.00 CET, Eurosport after the Tour ends
If you read the Norwegian press, you will read that he is to undergo more medical checkups. There is concern he is still ill.
