I suspect after the ITT the yellow will be held by Foss or Sobrero with some chance for Hayter.
I think there's rather a big chance for Hayter. He's not really a worse time trialist than Foss. Let's hope so, otherwise Jumbo will work for Foss again, only to see him get dropped by a peloton of about 20-30 people, like he was today.

My biggest fear is that tomorrow Cavanga will win the ITT and take the Maillot Jaune. And then in Saturday Masnada will think to work for him. Masnada now 12th overall with 2 stage that suit him coming up ...

I don't know, we may see some surprises tomorrow with the rain that's looming.
That's right. I hate it when that happens because if they have other target after the race or later in the season then some of the big guns try to avoid an accident and we get usually lesser riders (No GC riders) getting the top places.

Let's be real, if the team is more confident in Cavagna doing a great gc than Masnada his climbing for is probably still not even near his pre-Mono level...

Bernal and Ayuso in the first group, nice.

Fell asleep again for a good 1,5 hours, Romandie is really the perfect race for that. Not quite important enough to actually struggle to stay awake.

Why would you need to struggle to stay awake during the afternoon?

Because Im dumb and like to stay up rather late even though I need to get up early, so getting home and laying on the sofa for a minute quickly turns into a morfar as we say it here..

Jumbo for starters, given that he's still getting leadership opportunities.

Though nobody rates him as highly as Foss himself.
I‘d even say Foss is already among the big champions, with a Giro GC Top-10 and an ITT WC title.

Besides his great triumphs however, he often underperforms, sadly. I wish him well, of course, and hope he can go for GCs in future…
