Just 3? Perfect conditionsI'm seeing 3km/h predicted. Massive if true.

Question for me is if anyone really fancies going solo to chase 2nd and soloing 25 km to the finish. Most plausible seems it just splits into small groups all over and the groups work together in the finale.I don't think so. They already did 12 stages before doing the MTT, and that first week was extremely intense. Now they did a prologue and today they ride 130km basically flat roads before climbing. They are much more fresh today.
Hope UAE sets a high pace though, and it's not just Pogacar that rides away and then a peloton of 10 riders. Lipowitz should be taking time here too if he can.

RBH should go for it though. They have 2 leaders here that at least one of them should try it. There's nothing really to lose. It would be ridiculous if they are all just going to wait for the last stage before trying something.Question for me is if anyone really fancies going solo to chase 2nd and soloing 25 km to the finish. What does that mean, what would you do as DS?I feel that by now RBH is smart enough to not fall for BS today, team integrity to prevail.

That's after UAE has set a pace and Pogacar attacked? And you won't let Lipowitz or Roglic attack at all today?RBH will set the pace that suits them and on the climb they won't fall apart. If by any chance one covers a solo attack then it's forbidden to do a pull.
in the podium battle itll be interesting to see if martinez can hang on to lipo . they are my favourites for the lower steps , as i think lipo will go full ham on all the main climbs
rogla can get second in a more tactical battle maybe , but it will be hard against lenny in sprints
plapp and vpp are not the most reliable , but i think they are strong podium outsiders
nordhagen and fortunato should both top10 here
he managed in catalunya and last year he beat almeida here in romandie on thyon 2000I’d be surprised if Martinez can hang with Lipo. Lipo is my clear second favourite given the parcours and the solid block of racing he’s had.

I dont think he need that with Liege so close and better stages for it. He could try, it is in his genetic, but just in the case they allowed too much him, he will try it deeper. The peleton will be in shreds after tackling this wall, no organized team remaining. I suppose the best guys could be 1-1.5 minutes behind Pogacar on the top. Pogacar could let it go today and get ready for other stages but this climb looks like the best climbing test and Pog just can't help himself quite often.
If he has 1 minute at the top, the risk of being caught is not high, i'm pretty sure it's almost a guaranteed solo win.But even if he get a minute at the top the risk to be caught at the end if people organized is hight.
One minutes and a half it depends how big is the group and how they collabotaes, or if they have Daniel felipe Martinez and a rider from Ineos (I dont count Onley and Carlos Rodriguez) tpo give the main work and the rest collaborate a little. But just with 2 riders working I think That Pohgacar cant get the victory without give it all, if he chose that way for today. There's no way you have teams after such a climb.
You could have a couple of team mates, but if the gap at the bottom is more than, say, 1.30, they will just fight for second.

May be illness? His TT was not the bestOnley's gone home for some reason.
