So no GC action today. Would have been possible to gain time on Alaphilippe (after his effort in the beginning of the stage) and on Schachmann (who showed weekness in the beginning of the stage)..

They are all saving themselves for a VERY difficult TT tomorrow.

They do both the climb and the descent of a 9.5K cat. 1 climb.

Will be interesting to see if anyone does a bike change at the top..... we may get to see a mountain descent on TT bikes

Been very fun. Maybe not GC action after the early escape wasn't let go but that timing + the profile really contributed to a lot of fun on the road

I'd say that Kron usually is faster than Costa, but Kron looks cooked.
