A rare day of non GC action for this TdS coming up perhaps. Kung ftw.
I was having the same thought. The only downside to Switzerland is that it is more expensive than the neighbouring countries, so I would not do a biking trip there like I would in Italy or Austria for that matter. But beautiful, yes!Apart from the race itself, the route is really beautiful.
Not that you can expect anything different from Switzerland, but we've seen some incredible images through the race.
And Sunday should be spectacular as well.

What the hell is he thinking? Is he trying to give Ayuso a run for his money in the suspicious teamate competition award?Christen abandons.
Probably tired of racing for team UAE and wants to prepare to race for team Christen in Giro del Appennino?
I just tuned in and am catching up, was a reason given for Christen's abandonment?Christen abandons.

"Ayusitis"I just tuned in and am catching up, was a reason given for Christen's abandonment?
And Küng. I think Küng is the Swiss commentators' fave Swiss rider, they just can't stop talking about him. With Schmid in the break we will get constant images of it.
Küng and Schmid for sure, otherwise the Swiss commentators will go home devastated!Today's podium? Anyone?
That, plus the Swiss will probably throw a few motos in front of Küng and Schmid, victory won't be denied today! This break is really strong. Despite the short leash I think they can make it
I actually know the guy who runs the diocesan archive in Chur (used to be a really important diocese in the middle ages).A rather lumpy parcourse for the last 40km, which only about three of us tuned into...
On that note today I learned you pronounce Chur as koor and not the guttural German "ch" sound, I think that's a good thing.
