I spent way too much time trying to find this gif

Nice win by Javier Romo. I didn't know much about him but he's obviously a very strong rider. A former triathlete who switched to the road in 2020. He then promptly won the Spanish U23 title in the same year and finished 23rd on GC at the 2024 Tour.

I guess he is one of those riders who will never podium a grand tour but could be a good domestique. Races like TDU are a good opportunity for riders like Romo to get in the limelight. And as a Spaniard should fit in well at Movistar.

Have the comments involved in Broccolidwarf's departure from the forum been deleted?

edit: the plot thickens with the user Boehmand facing accusations of being the second coming of Broccolidwarf.

I wasn't watching yet so I don't know what happened, but Vine has a bloody knee because he and another rider had crashed. :(

Hats off to the incomparable Phil Liggett, he has found a way to talk about parrots...

And a very impressive shot of a reservoir bridge they just rode over.
