Piti will be in Yellow.

With two stages to come that couldn't be more perfect for a group of climbers to finish together with one of them sprinting for the stage wins.

Uhm, I wonder which climber has the best sprint

Don't forget that Sagan is a world class climber*

*Sagan was 60s down on Valverde at the intermediate check (at the top of the climb).

I hope that he'll learn to climb better in the future, really something they should focus on, he has so much potential. Hope that he can make the most of it

Oh, isn't Hagen out of date here?
yes, he's out with an injury which means he's terrible, has no future and is a major disappointment at all levels.

And now Sagan loses a minute on Valverde so he's definitely out of date as well. Who's the next Merckx now?

Did I just see a steward ducking a punch on the left hand pavement? It came as a horn was being pipped...

Whichever british, dutch or norwegian rider who happens to show a smidge of promise next.

No, Sagan was already Pantani,
the next one will be Hinault or something ;)

Porte wins, then.

WTF

Great performance, sure, but....either it was the wind that did it, or his split times are the most mistifying ones I've ever seen in my life.

It has to be cycling since the Canadians eliminated the Caps. At least we know how he spends the offseason:D

I just don't believe it. Sorry. But then again, Porte admits himself that the wind must have changed. Maybe it has.

Well, Richie Porte won the time trial of the Baby Giro D'Italia, last year. That should mean he has some talent, but I wasn't expecting him to win today.

Porte: "The wind must have changed in the second part because I was 30 seconds behind at the first check"

Wow, not many who would say that

Once again the ITT has basically culled the possible GC winners down to next to nothing.
I can't see the final 2 stages offering up more than a handful of seconds.

ACF has another hero to cheer and get all misty eyed over.
