Weening isn't much of a surprise, is he? I kind of expected him among the 15 best climbers in this race.

BTW, it's surprise. I think you habitually misspell that word.
 
happy to see spilak get the win, seems like he's always attacking and always getting caught but finally it worked out

also the top seven are all within 19 seconds, should make for a very interesting final stage

Exactly the point. He was the best placed rider in that group and would be in yellow, tonight, were it not for the power of Piti.
Caisse Valverde are the Spanish version of USPS/Disco Armstrong.
i.e. 95% dull.:(
