Pedestrians and cars crossing in front of the riders 100m beyond Finish line  Can't they get someone to control that?

What a boring season. Is there a hill in the final 10 k? Gilbert wins. Is there a relatively flattish sprint? Cav wins. Is there a time trial in the race? Tony Martin wins.

I don't think it has been that boring. We've had plenty of good battles throughout the year.

Any news on what happened to Sammy?

Sammy Sanchez is very average when he's not on form, he's not like your man Cadel who can be good all year. And frankly, I think he's past it a little bit.

Did you see the tt? He lost over 2 minutes to Martin? Multiple BMC riders did better than he did! He looked quite grumpy coming into the finish line which makes me think he crashed or had a mechanical.

UserGuide, Peraud finished 9th and looks good to move up the gc for ag2r. ON the otherhand, EE didn't do very well at all.

I know had fixed it, had blinkers on with brits doing so well.I hope british eurosport didnt go overseas Harmon laying it on a bit thick today:(.And mabye samu's tyres deflated after vacuum caused by Tony Martin flying past sucked air out of them.Dayum went past like Cav 2009 in Paris but in middle of a TT.

I Cant even work out what gmt+8 is backwards... cet i can cope with, us races i can cope with, even aussie races i can cope with, but working out what is 8 hours behind 3 in the afternoon is tough work

i make that 7am uk time.. which isnt when eurosport coverage is on...

Ok.. Beijing are 7 hours ahead of the UK, not 8 hours, which is what completely confused me. So Martin sets off possibly at 8.26 uk time, 9.26 in europe

Lol BST is 7 hours behind, GMT is 8 hours behind. +8GMT is an awesome timezone though for someone who's apparently worked with calculating US times, you seemed to have been stumped :p

Nope. Road bikes. Even though Tony nearly lost it on the star ramp, you could tell he was going really fast due to the massive gear he was using at a fast cadence.

Thanks guys. I guess they had TT handlebars though?
I think this shows that TT bikes are not needed anyway. The results more or less stay the same on road bikes. TT bikes=waste of money
