Nizzolo probably wins that without the crash. Kind of a shame that this impacts the GC too with the bonus seconds for Hayter, but it is what it is and to his credit, he was the best-positioned sprinter.

Most important question in this race? Which jersey will Nizzolo wear on Sunday?

So ST for everybody then? Kind of anticlimactic but once again Hayter proves that he's got a nose for winning.

Only been Warrington train station a few times so no idea what the actual place is like.

Know a couple of people from there, but it's entirely pointless to ask someone from the North West what their home town is like, because you get the same answer regardless of what the actual place is like. "Don't come here mate it's a complete sh*thole".

While it's always pleasing to see Alaphilippe lose, I can't wait for the day he retires or at least is no longer elite.
One view of him dancing in the bunny suit and you know he someone who doesn’t always take himself too seriously!

One view of anyone in a bunny outfit sliding around a wooden floor in an empty room who not only records it but puts i ton line

and I'm thinking I would want to give them a slap for being so self involved and a rubbish dancer which is probably the worse crime ...I dunno

It's outside the Eryri/Snowdonia park, and I don't think the summit complex is within any of the conservation areas that are on the Gogarth/Orme, but of course the landowner can put whatever restrictions they want. You could imagine a finishing circuit in the style of Fleche Wallonne, doing the main part of the climb up to the midway tram stop then making the twisty descent down to Marine Drive; there's another steep climb just south of the A55 you can link up with.
Thanks. It’s certainly a wonderful combination of beautiful scenery and challenging race course, so I hope to see more of it in the future!

I had to work there for a month once and the only thing I could say about it is I looked forward to the cycle ride back to Manchester via the Wilmslow area.

I had to google Wilmslow as I'm not from your fine island, a rather old entry from the early 2000s said:

LEAFY Tatton - home of David and Victoria Beckham - was officially declared the posh capital of Britain today. The Cheshire constituency which encompasses Wilmslow, Knutsford and Alderley Edge, was named by Barclays as the nation's wealthiest hotspot.

Is this still true? If so it sounds like it would be a nice ride. Well, not the Beckhams part, I couldn't care less where the Beckhams reside.
